Laure Tour Day 1: Fabienne and Suz!

January 26, 2017   /   bystraightgrainblog@gmail.com  / Categories :  Feeds

Today marks the start of the Laure Blog Tour! And – lucky me –  I have two fabulous friends to kick things off.

Most of you now Fabienne as my partner-in-crime behind the Hoppe jumpsuit, but this magnificent mother-of-four also helped test the Laure pattern. Today, she’s showing two of the many versions she made. As always, she picked the most perfect fabrics, but the real star of her post is her super cute daughter Helle. Check out more pictures here!

Next, we go all the way Down Under. I know Suz from sewpony as a very sweet lady, extremely talented pattern designer, and super handy seamstress. But still, Suz managed to blow me off my socks with her brilliant fabric choice. I truly couldn’t have thought of a better fabric for a qipao. Make sure to visit her always inspiring blog, here!

Would you like to make your own Laure? You can find the paper pattern here, and the pdf pattern here. Both are available in Dutch and English; on the pdf pattern, the code LAURELAUNCH10 gives you 10% off.
