Pattern Review: Petite SweaterMarch 21, 2017 / byari / Categories : Feeds
I got lucky and managed to be able to test the Petite Sweater from Lil Luxe Collection! It's a brand new release that comes with a leotard and leggings as part of the Centre Stage Collection and I'm defo looking forward to being able to sew the whole lot up together!
The apricot version was the first test run of the pattern, so there's been a few tweaks to it between that version and the final black and white version I sewed up!
It's actually not a super complicated sew at all, even though it seems like it is! Just take your time reading through the instructions and you'll work it all out! I had the fiddliest time with the thumb holes, so I'll probably do them an alternative way that I'm more used to next time I sew this up!

This is a pattern that has been well used in the sewing community. Both the reviews and the finished garment measurements printed on the pattern pieces indicated that there was… Continue reading Simplicity 1318 – the wearable muslinread more
