We're very excited to see so many of you ordering our newly introduced Quilting Cotton, and we can't wait for you to try out our beautiful new Canvas. This sturdy yet supple fabric is a 55% Linen 45% Combed Cotton blend that you'll love for it's soft touch and lovely drape. At 6.5 ox per sq yd, our medium weight canvas is a gorgeous choice for a myriad of makes from accessories, bags, and bottom weight clothing to aprons, throw pillows, tablecloths, tea towels, upholstery and other home decor. Simply select your desired fabric substrate and width from a drop down box found on any one of our In House fabric designs. Yes, that means our entire Hawthorne Threads catalog of designs is available in all of these fun fabrics!

Excited to sew with our new Linen Cotton Canvas? Snap to it with some fun clutches!

We've enjoyed testing out the canvas immensely, as you can see. I couldn't decide on just one Snap Clutch so I chose 9 - ah, the pitfalls of when severe indecisiveness meets thousands of choices! An assortment of a fun variety of fabrics from various collections, these are Banana Leaves in Tulip, Painterly in Jungle, Painted Stripe in Lyrical, Star Charts in Midnight, Stitch Floral in Golden Canyon, Trellis in Peony, Feathers in Pebble, Succulent Border in Coachella, and Bloomerie in Ink. The Snap Clutch Tutorial is available from Sew 4 Home. And finally, our manager Becky jumped at the chance to re-cover her thrifted chair, which looks pretty amazing in our Weathervane in Golden Canyon. The coordinating Hexagon Situpon pouf features Mojave Blooms.
